玉鑑湖
中山園有湖名“玉鑑”，也不知是因何而起的，湖水碧綠，微風拂處，碧波蕩漾，映著湖岸綠樹、湖上紅橋與秋天裡的炙人新陽，別有一番風味。
信步行來，心沉靜得無話。遠遠望去，有老人靜坐於湖邊，也不知是在垂釣還是，一動也不動。又有老人在湖邊打牌，散步。戀人總是在那較靜處面對著湖面說著情話。
這些都與我似乎沒什麼干係，卻喜歡這份靜逸。此時此刻，應該沒有言語的攪擾才好。喜歡“玉鑑”這個名字，讓人想像到明鏡秋水模樣，更喜歡那綠得溫潤的湖水。有些地方的湖面有些髒了，有些地方的湖水卻顯得清澈，不見雜質飄浮於上，微風粼粼著波光，只覺得這才稱得上湖，配得上園林悄悄。願得園中管理人員儘早把不干淨的路段湖面清理乾淨才好。
遠處的高樓卻有些粗陋了，是誰的拙筆劃出這些樓圖，造就了毫無美感的怪物？想念那些古文學裡的亭台樓閣，那些瑤宮玉闕似的美建築，要不然，象歐美一樣有規劃的樓房也好，他們總透出些文藝復興的或莊重或古樸或宏偉的奇美。當下的那些建築，卻分明像一個個的火柴盒的推疊。渴望顯深度美感和文化的回歸。眼面前，除了這綠玉般的湖光與搖影的綠樹外，只有單調而浮躁的那些個現代之景！只覺得這景破壞了眼前的清幽，只得不看園外景緻。
觀園中的假山人工雕琢氣顯得明顯了，卻也不失幽雅。湖上曲欄回亭從岸上觀也別有畫意。湖中游魚肥碩，總是熱衷於吃亭上人掉下來的魚食，人與魚互相娛悅著。

難忘的紅海灘
駛過一個個城鎮鄉村，駛過遼闊無垠的蘆葦蕩，旅行車經過一天的奔馳，終於到達了地處遼河入海口，由大片鹼蓬草構成的，新開發的旅遊景點——紅海灘。
此時正逢海水退盡复漲，眼前展現出一大片紅色的海灘，令人驚嘆不已。像一场气势汹汹燎原大火滚滚而来，顿时让人感到从心里到全身一阵阵燥热在涌动。更像天空中的一大片火燒雲，被丹頂鶴撕落在海灘上。又使人聯想到那動人心魄的深秋中的香山楓葉，猶如殷紅的血液，注入了蒼白的信念。
這時，天邊那一輪火紅的太陽，漸漸墜向西方，晚霞和海灘融入一體，分不清哪裡是天，哪裡是地，卻是一樣嬌媚多情。
片刻，金色的晚霞隨夕陽悄悄落入了大海。血紅的海灘也被慢慢漲起的潮水所淹沒。
可是，那一大片如火如霞的紅海灘，卻永遠留在了人們的心中。
是呵！人們，具有人性良知的人們，所有懷愛國之心的人們，一切追求真理和正義的人們，怎能忘記在這片叫大窪的土地上，曾有過一個真正的女優秀共產黨員被一些披著共產黨外衣的人，用慘絕人寰的法西斯的殘暴手段割斷喉管後槍殺在這裡。
那一片燦若火焰的紅海灘不就是烈士殷紅的鮮血嗎！不就是烈士為真理和正義的搏鬥而高高舉起的一面火紅的戰旗嗎！她用不屈的生命告訴廣大正直善良的人民，“用革命的名義來扼殺革命”比在戰場上用真刀真槍更隱蔽更兇殘。他們甚至能把革命的領袖開國的元勳置於死地而賊心不甘。他們的狼子野心是亡黨亡國篡奪政權。
烈士用她高度政治敏感，看穿了他們陰險的反動嘴臉、罪惡的本質，大膽地告誡廣大人民群眾“絕不能再盲目的充當虔誠的馴服工具”，要擦亮眼睛在大風大浪中看清方向，站穩立場。
呵！紅海灘，妳給了蒼白的信念，注入了堅強和勇敢的血液，為真理而生，為正義而死，還有什麼值得留戀和遺憾？壯烈地死比苟且地活，一個是泥砂，一個是高山。
呵！紅海灘，感謝大自然饋贈給人類如此壯觀的奇異景色，讓人們領略瞭如此瑰麗的風情，更使人悟清了人生的真諦。

材料：
牛蒡1支、草菇8朵、甜蜜豆10支、蝦10尾、小西紅柿10個。
調味料：
蕃茄沙司2大匙、沙拉醬4大匙
做法：
1、牛蒡去皮，切段入水中煮熟，甜蜜豆入康寧的玻璃鍋熟爛撈起浸冷，由於康寧的鍋是玻璃的很容易看到甜蜜豆變成翠綠
2、草菇、蝦（帶尾）以開水燙熟，在浸冷備用。
3、蕃茄醬調和美乃滋均勻，將燙熱的材料拼排於大盤、附調味醬供食。
